This section lists coating and base combinations for
stock Calmetrics XRF calibration standards. Typical
applications and thickness measurement ranges are
indicated for each configuration.

Standards are listed alphabetically by top layer, and
organized into three general categories:
Plated, Single Layer Foil, and Alloy/Multilayer Foil.

Note: Base materials are interchangeable for any foil based standard set; alternative base layers may be specifed when ordering.

Refer to the Products section for a complete listing of
available Calmetrics XRF calibration standards, including
part numbers, thicknessess specifications, and
complete standard sets optimized for specific
instruments and applications.

Additional stock standards may be available. If your
application is not listed, or requires a greater
measurement range than noted, please contact us to
check availability, or to speak to an applications
engineer about custom fabrication options.
